We all could use a little playful self care these days and this suspension yoga system is great for back pain, core strength, functional upper body strength, and balance.
This modality focuses on strength, balance, flexibility and traction while offering more ‘pulling’ options for access to arm, grip, core strengthening in a deliberate and focused way and can help us access the back side of the body (also known as the posterior chain) which helps to stabilize the spine.
