I began teaching yoga nearly to 20 years ago (practicing nearly 35) and continued my learning to integrate additional modalities over the years because I recognize the same path isn’t the right path for everyone.  Each person is unique and requires a blending of the offerings based on your individual goals. So I take a holistic approach when designing a plan to support you in living your most balanced life, integrating the necessary pieces as they are called for.

Because it’s what we eat. What we think. How we move. Who and what we surround ourselves with that shapes our experience. So, I have sought out training in it all.

My training includes art, movement, meditation, nutrition, and psychology . Together we integrate the details of your rebalancing with these modalities, drawing from those that best support your goals.

Right now I think I’m most excited about the collagen! I truly believe it is the single easiest, most impactful way you can create major shift in a number of areas.
